Presence
The Siddhi of Presence is quality of being total. Your arrival to a room is felt. Your attention in a conversation transforms the other. You don't have to do anything special — your being is the teaching. Rare state described in masters and sages.

Superficiality is absence of the present. You live distracted, on autopilot, without real depth. Conversations are short, relationships are functional, moments are quickly forgotten. You're not a bad person — you're bad presence.

Self-Assurance
The Gift of Self-Assurance is trusting your capacity to respond in the moment. You don't need to prepare each thing — you trust you'll know what to say when the moment arrives. That confidence builds with accumulated presence.
