Some people organize their group effortlessly. Friday dinner, cousin's birthday, friend's move, neighborhood cooperative. Their small agreements sustain entire networks. That binding energy is Gate 37. In Aurik Code we call it Family Agreements — because their native scenario is the close community.

What does this energy do?
Lives in the Solar Plexus and produces a pact instinct. The person makes agreements almost without noticing — 'I cook you wash,' 'I'll help you with this you help me with that,' 'next one I pay.' That network of micro-agreements is what differentiates a real community from a group of individuals. Gate 37 understands belonging is built in these small threads.
How does it show up in shadow frequency?
The shadow is unbalanced agreement. The person enters pacts without negotiating their part, gives more than receives, feels used. Other side: unspoken agreement. Assumes the other understood the same and afterward gets disappointed. Other: defensive isolation. After several broken pacts, the person stops making agreements and distances completely from community.
Examples
- In your family it's always you who organizes, cooks, remembers. No one explicitly agreed to that — you put it on yourself. You resent. Your Gate 37 without clear agreement became overload.
- You offered a friend to help with their move expecting they'd later help with yours. You didn't say it. When your move came, they didn't appear. You get angry, but the agreement was never explicit.
- After several non-respected pacts, you isolate from your group. You decide 'I expect nothing from anyone.' Your wounded Gate 37 closed all its doors.
And in high frequency?
In High Frequency, Gate 37 makes explicit agreements. The person learns to negotiate before committing, to put on the table what they give and what they expect to receive. This may feel uncomfortable at first (seems formal in daily life), but it's what makes relationships last. Community built on clear agreements is stronger than that built on assumptions.
Examples
- At home, you sit with your partner to agree on how weekly tasks are distributed. Not romantic — but resentment disappears. Your Gate 37 functions in clarity.
- You offer help to a friend and tell them 'you give me a hand back when I need something equivalent.' They understand and say yes. Reciprocity becomes fair play.
- In your team, facing a new project, you put on the table who commits to what. Then no one has to guess. Things happen.
How do you train it?
First: explicit your agreements. What's not said isn't agreement — it's expectation. And unhonored expectations hurt double. Second: negotiate your part. Before committing to something, check if reciprocity will be there. If not, decide if you do it anyway from pure generosity, expecting nothing. Third: if an agreement breaks, talk about it instead of isolating. Healthy Gate 37 makes and remakes agreements; wounded one abandons them.
When do you need it?
This energy is central in families, cooperatives, small teams, any group where belonging is built by living together. Also in partnerships: explicit agreements are one of the best predictors of relationships that last.

And if you don’t have it?
If you don't have this gate active, daily pacts may cost you more effort. Your belonging is built through other paths — by spontaneous affinity, shared projects, presence. When living with a Gate 37, offer them clarity: if they ask something of you, say what you can and can't. Explicitness is respect.
