Profile 6/3 — Role Model That Keeps Trying Until the End
A Human Design profile.
The profile going through the three model phases and at the same time never stops experimenting — wisdom is the sum of many distilled errors.
Some masters never stop learning. They arrive at maturity as references, but keep testing things, erring, adjusting. Their authority isn't static — it's dynamic. It's Profile 6/3.
Fact sheet
What does the conscious line bring?
Line 6, The Role Model, is your conscious side. You go through the three phases: experimentation, roof, model. But unlike the 6/2 and the 4/6, line 3 keeps you experimenting even in phase 3.
What does the unconscious line bring?
Line 3, The Experimenter, is your unconscious side. You learn by trying. This accompanies you all your life, even when you're already reference. Your wisdom isn't from book — it's distilled from many experiments.
What does it look like day to day?
The 6/3 can be a master in their area still taking courses, testing new approaches, going through strong personal chapters even at 60 or 70. Their humility is real because they know learning doesn't end.
How does it show up in shadow frequency?
The shadow is despairing from errors in phase 1, isolating in phase 2, or pretending to be perfect model in phase 3 (denying errors still happening).
Examples
- At 25, you punish yourself for all changes and errors. You don't see it's your path.
- At 40, you isolate from the roof without descending again.
- At 55, you pose as perfect model and hide that you keep erring. Your authority loses authenticity.
And in high frequency?
In High Frequency, the 6/3 is a living model. Their authority is born from distilled experience and from the continuous willingness to keep learning. Their students value them because they see that they themselves are still on the path.
Examples
- At 65, you're reference in your area. But you tell frankly your recent errors and new learnings. Your authority gains depth from that honesty.
- You went through each phase with consciousness. Your wisdom isn't static — it keeps evolving.
- You inspire others to keep learning, because you yourself do it.
How do you train it?
First: in each phase, accept what's appropriate. Phase 1 requires experimentation, 2 observation, 3 offering. Second: in maturity, don't pretend to be perfect model. Your real authority is in the honesty about your continuous learnings. Third: integrate. Line 3 without distillation repeats; with distillation becomes wisdom.
How does it relate to other profiles?
The 6/3 connects with other 6/x and with 3/x. It's one of the profiles that most changes and grows throughout life.
