Soul Urge 4 is the deep impulse to build base. Your soul nourishes when you know where you'll sleep in ten years, when your partner is solid, when your profession has projection. You can risk, but always return to seek firm ground.

First: distinguish between real security and fear disguised as security. Ask: does this care for me or limit me? Second: practice small changes. Small novelties (new food, different route, short trip) train your flexibility without threatening your foundations. Third: build with purpose, not from defense. Stability can be trampoline or prison — depends on where you build from.
