What exactly is it?
Soul Urge 3 is the deep impulse to express. It may be through formal art, the way you tell a story, how you decorate your house, how you present yourself. The important thing is there's a flow outward of what you carry inside. Without that flow, you get sick from containment.

How do you train it?
First: create without publishing. For a time, dedicate to producing without showing. You reconnect with the intrinsic pleasure of the process. Second: distinguish between useful technical criticism and personal rejection. Your shadow mixes the two. Third: don't postpone expression for 'when I know more.' Create from where you are now.
