What exactly is it?
Soul Urge 1 is the deep need to be autonomous. You'll do whatever necessary to sustain spaces where you decide. You'll choose jobs, partners, cities, based on how much freedom they give you. Though you rationalize other motives, in the end your soul seeks one thing: not depending.

How do you train it?
First: recognize when your 'no' is authentic and when reactive. Your healthy Soul Urge 1 knows to distinguish. Second: train collaboration without losing axis. You can depend strategically on others without losing yourself. Third: ask when you need. Paradoxically, your freedom increases when you know how to receive.
What does it look like in everyday examples?
- When they offer you something implying strong dependency on another — economic, emotional, geographical — something in you closes even if the offer is good.
- You prefer to earn less and have flexibility, rather than earn more under a boss controlling your agenda.
- Your best relationships are with people who also value autonomy. Codependency suffocates you.
