What exactly is it?
Path 7 is the journey of inner search. Life will push you through stages of introspection — sometimes alone, sometimes by force. Your realization doesn't pass through achieving visible things so much as through understanding how existence works, yourself, others. You may be researcher, philosopher, therapist, mystic, or simply the person of your circle everyone consults to 'understand' something.

How do you train it?
First: return to the body regularly. Your tendency is to live in the head. Walking, swimming, cooking, are antidotes. Second: share what you learn. If you don't share it, it stagnates. Third: don't confuse introspection with isolation. One is chosen, healthy, temporary; the other is defensive and destructive.
What does it look like in everyday examples?
- You prefer a deep conversation with one person over a social night with twenty.
- You read books on topics most of your friends don't care about — history, philosophy, deep psychology, serious spirituality.
- After long social events, you need several days alone to recover.
