Everyone is one of five energy types. Your type describes how your energy is built to move through the world:

• Generator — the life force; builds by responding to what lights them up.
• Manifesting Generator — Generator energy with Manifestor speed; multi-passionate.
• Manifestor — initiates, opens paths, needs no permission.
• Projector — guides and sees others with rare clarity; thrives when invited.
• Reflector — the rarest; a mirror of the health of their environment.

Strategy and Authority: how you're designed to decide

The two most useful pieces of Human Design are your strategy (how you engage with life without forcing) and your authority (where your most reliable yes and no come from: a gut response, emotional clarity, in-the-moment intuition). Living by them reduces resistance and frustration.

The 9 centers

The bodygraph has nine energy centers. The ones you have defined are your consistent, reliable energy; the open ones are where you absorb and amplify other people's energy — and where it's easiest to be conditioned. Knowing which are yours explains a great deal of your daily life.
